and NursePartners will place them for you. But if you place them
yourself, then you must meet all the requirements as a Search Firm
Consulting Agency such as business license, insurances, contract

available for questions?

all recruiters with all questions and concerns.
8. How much is my commission?
- Right off the bat, you will receive
generous commission.
An
associate recruiter shall be entitled to a referral fee payable by
NursePartners equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount received by
NursePartners from the total placement fee, as evidenced by a copy
of the check received by NursePartners.
- Placement fees
varies for each clients and candidates.
- The average
commission fees can be high as 20% of the total annual compensation
for a candidate. Example: If you recruit a medical professional
and NursePartners are able to place this candidate at 20% commission
for $65,000.00 total annual compensation per year, then the
commission will be $13,000.00. The commission are then split in half
between an Associate Recruiter and NursePartners. If another
search firm is involve then net fees are split equally among
parties.

of the game is to recruit, recruit, recruit, and recruit.
9. What are the
Administrative duties of NursePartners?
- Verification of
licensure, credentials, certificates, and educations.
- Fees for
background checks.
- Fees for initial
interview job process.
- Administration
of competency test as necessary.
- Administration
of skills check list as necessary.
- Operational cost
of placing candidates.
